DSL Corporation LTDA, established in Brazil, operates Intercepted Sign and is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

We use the information you provide to create and deliver your personalized reading. Depending on how you use the service, this may include:

• Your email address and optional name.
• Your birth date, exact birth time, birth city and country.
• The one reading focus you select and your related answers.
• Technical security information, such as session identifiers, security logs, and limited device or network information used to protect the service.
• Records of your consent, order and payment status, and the personalized reading created for you.

We do not need or request medical information, financial-account credentials, government-document data, or payment-card details. The payment processor handles payment-card details; Intercepted Sign does not store them.

We ask for the details needed to provide the service: to keep your session secure, create the reading you requested, complete payment, deliver your access by email, answer support requests, prevent fraud and security incidents, meet legal obligations, and keep a record of your choices and consent.

Your birth details are used to generate your chart and prepare the reading for the one focus you select. We do not use them for medical, employment, insurance, or credit decisions, or for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Your personalized reading is normally prepared and delivered to your email within 20 minutes after purchase.

We use service providers where needed to operate Intercepted Sign. Their work may include:

• Hosting and database infrastructure.
• Payment processing.
• Astrology calculations.
• AI-assisted interpretation.
• Transactional email delivery.

We require appropriate privacy and security protections when providers process information for the service.

Necessary security and session cookies are used to keep the service working safely. For visitors in the European Union, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies will not load before the visitor has given the required consent.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed for the purposes above, or when required by law.

Because the service is intended for customers in more than one country, information may be processed internationally. Where the law requires it, appropriate safeguards must be used for those transfers.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to create and deliver the reading, support you, prevent fraud and security incidents, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or anonymization, object to or restrict processing, receive portable data where applicable, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
